We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s retail fulfillment and logistics operations. This role will serve as the primary owner of order fulfillment execution across all retail customers, eCommerce channels, distribution partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Key Requir

• ementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field pref
• erred.5–7 years of progressive experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations management within a consumer packaged goods (CPG), household products, personal care, or related ind
• ustry.Proven experience managing retail fulfillment operations for major retailers and wholesale cust
• omers.Strong experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouses, freight carriers, and distribution par
• tners.Hands-on operator who is comfortable owning daily execution while simultaneously developing long-term process improve
• ments.Working knowledge of retailer compliance requirements, EDI transactions, routing guides, chargebacks, OTIF metrics, and retail supply chain best prac
• tices.Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, and order management sy
