Profile - Manager / Deputy Manager – Logistics

Qualification - Graduate + Diploma in Export–Import

Salary - Upto 10 LPA CTC + Food + Accommodation

Experience- Min 12–15 years experience in manufacturing enviroment.Should know import / export handling & logistics management

Location - Mundra

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with statutory regulations

2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and shipping lines

3. Plan and control inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods

4. Oversee logistics cost optimization and negotiate rates with vendors

5. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other applicable trade regulations

6. Monitor inventory movement and support production planning through effective logistics management

7. Handle logistics-related audits, reporting, and MIS

8. Resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies efficiently

Key Skills

* Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics management

* Good understanding of international trade documentation and compliance

* Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office.
