Logistics Manager (International)

• Provide regular updates on all freight movements to the Sales Team
• Arrange transportation services (trucks) and supervise loading at the suppliers location.
• Place bag orders after conducting necessary quality checks.
• Manage both ocean and ground transportation operations efficiently.
• Obtain freight quotations from shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Book vessels with leading shipping lines
• Compare and negotiate freight rates, including freight charges, documentation charges, LIFO/FIFO, and other applicable costs.
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for cargo unloading, loading, and proper storage, ensuring compliance and pest-free conditions.
• Ensure timely VGM filing within prescribed cut-off dates.\
• Coordinate with survey agencies & laboratories for quality inspection, ensuring compliance with contractual standards.
• Verify freight invoices for India and MTT shipments, as applicable.
• Arrange empty container positioning in India and overseas, including pickup transportation.
• Coordinate with carriers regarding all cut-off dates to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Supervise cargo stuffing operations and ensure quality inspection in coordination with surveyors.
• Submit monthly stock statements (30th/31st of every month).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
