Role Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Head with strong experience in managing export operations for a manufacturing or export-oriented company. The candidate must have led a team and handled both pre-shipment and post-shipment activities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee complete export logistics from order finalization to delivery at destination.
 Manage pre-shipment activities – coordination with production, packing, documentation, and customs clearance.
 Handle post-shipment operations – tracking, submission of shipping documents, and export payment follow-up.
 Lead and mentor the logistics/export team to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
 Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and internal departments.
 Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and export-import regulations.  Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.
 Prepare shipment reports and MIS for management review. Requirements:
 Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
 6–10 years of experience in export logistics within a manufacturing/export firm.
 Proven team management and leadership skills.  Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
