Position: Logistics Officer
Functional Area: Logistics and Warehouse
Role: Customer & Logistics
Experience: 2+ years
Job Description:
· Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
· Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services.
· Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up.
· Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
· Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day / Preparing reports
· Track the route plan on day-to-day basis
· Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
· Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.
· Responsible for Warehouse physical stock.
Qualifications and skills
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years’ experience in logistics management a must
· Good in communication; Local language preferred
· Inventory maintenance experience a plus
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive and Self Motivated
· Basic Knowledge of Word / Excel / any ERP system
