Job Title: Logistics Officer – Landscape Construction

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Officer to support our fast-growing landscape construction operations. The ideal candidate has strong logistics and supply chain experience, with a solid understanding of materials, equipment, and workflows specific to landscape or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics operations for landscape construction sites.
• Manage the timely delivery of materials, plants, equipment, and tools to multiple project locations.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, delivery notes, and other logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure availability of required items.
• Optimize storage, transportation, and distribution to reduce delays and wastage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels for materials and consumables.
• Monitor fleet/vehicle movements, schedule deliveries, and arrange transport as needed.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Assist Project Managers with planning material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues or bottlenecks quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain (construction or landscape industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and transportation processes.
• Hands-on experience coordinating deliveries to multiple sites.
• Good command of [English].
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP SAP and inventory software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

Preferred / “Nice to Have”

• Previous experience working with landscape construction , infrastructure, or civil works projects.
• Knowledge of landscape materials (plants, soil, irrigation components, hardscape products, etc.).
• Experience in the GCC / [Saudi Arabia] market and familiarity with local suppliers.
