Logistics Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing, shipment tracking, supplier coordination, and logistics documentation.

Required Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics documentation, shipping coordination, or import/export operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Provide administrative assistance to the logistics and supply chain team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.

➢ Support logistics-related payments by preparing documentation for invoice processing and payment requests.

➢ Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, SC, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations.

➢ Prepare and verify all shipping and logistics-related documents such as proforma invoices, costing sheets, commercial documents.

➢ Support preparation of required documentation for import/export permits, certificates, and government clearances.

➢ Act as a point of contact between suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

➢ Ensure that all logistics documentation complies with internal procedures and customer requirements.

➢ Monitor shipment timelines and proactively communicate any expected delays or issues.

➢ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, purchase orders, and service contracts.

➢ Ensure timely update of the ERP System efficiently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
