Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Sharjah SAIF Zone, And Abu Dhabi Kezad UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and handle import/export documentation and customs clearance within Sharjah SAIF Zone. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE trade regulations and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Shipping:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land)
• Arrange transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with courier service providers such as DHL, Aramex, UPS, and FedEx for local and international shipments

Import/Export & Customs Clearance:

• Manage complete import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.)
• Coordinate with customs agents for clearance in Sharjah SAIF Zone
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
• Handle duty calculations and approvals where applicable

Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, production, warehouse)
• Maintain proper records of shipments and related documentation
• Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics and customs clearance in UAE
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah SAIF Zone procedures and UAE import/export regulations
• Experience working with courier service providers such as DHL, Aramex, UPS, and FedEx
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HS codes and customs tariff classification
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
