We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer & Sales Administrator to support our logistics operations, sales processes, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight transport, warehouse management, sales administration, and regional customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage freight transport operations across multiple modes and ensure compliance with MENA customs rules and regulations (Mirsal 2, Dubai Chamber Country of Origin, SABER, SASO, Nafeza, ACID, etc.).
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management activities to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Handle sales administration tasks including preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing documentation.
  • Manage full order cycle—from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
  • Ensure efficient customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including Planning, Production, Accounts/Finance to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

  • ERP Competencies (Tally / AX): Ability to use ERP systems to manage and control Sales, Planning, Production, and Accounts/Finance activities.
  • TM1 (Business Intelligence): Skilled in entering data and generating reports using TM1 software.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Strong experience in Freight Transport modes and MENA customs regulations (Mirsal 2, Dubai Chamber CO, SABER, SASO, Nafeza, ACID).
  • Background in Sales Operations and Customer Service.
  • Languages:
  • English: Very good spoken and written skills.
  • Arabic: Very good spoken and written skills.
