Job Summary
The Operation Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing operational and business data to support management in making data-driven decisions. This role plays a key part in improving process efficiency, monitoring performance, and supporting cross functional teams with accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to shipments, customs clearance, and deliveries from various resources of data.
- Monitor operational performance and identify trends or irregularities that may impact efficiency or service quality.
- Prepare clear and visually engaging reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics and performance results.
- Support Operations, Quality Control, and Account Management teams with accurate data for performance tracking, issue analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational costs, productivity, and vendor performance to support efficiency and cost-control initiatives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process and performance improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency across all operational systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical outcomes with business objectives and priorities.
- Present findings and recommendations in a concise and actionable format to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role (preferably in logistics or supply chain).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain data insights to non technical audiences.
- Experience with ERP or logistics systems is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
