About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Operations Associate to support delivery execution for our world-class portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll own real-time delivery coordination: dispatching contracted drivers, tracking live routes, resolving issues as they arise, and keeping internal teams informed so we consistently deliver a great client experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success or Logistics Operations, stays calm and organized under pressure, can juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities, and is proficient with Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with on-demand dispatch and third-party logistics is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Assign, track, and manage deliveries for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
• Dispatch contracted drivers accurately and on time, aligned with team performance goals
• Monitor live deliveries and make proactive, real-time adjustments to improve outcomes
• Provide timely updates and respond to requests from internal operations teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success or Logistics Operations
• Highly organized and able to remain calm under pressure
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Desired Schedule

• Daytime shifts (Eastern Time Zone)
• Must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Additional shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays, and Monday/Friday) may be available on an as-needed basis, but are not guaranteed

At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $20 - $26 per hour, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
