Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation of goods and materials
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents (invoices, delivery notes, bills)
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or delays
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints related to logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain records and update logistics databases or software
Requirements:
- achelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and logistics software
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Tally, Outlook)
Work Environment
- Office-based with coordination across warehouses and transport teams
- May require occasional field or warehouse visits
