Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to domestic shipments, delivery status, delays, and POD
- Track shipments and provide daily status updates to customers
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, hubs, and operations teams
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per TAT
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain shipment records, PODs, and reports in Excel / CRM
- Follow up on pending deliveries, misroutes, and escalations
- Support billing team with delivery details
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSE in domestic logistics
- Knowledge of FTL / PTL / surface transport operations
- Familiarity with LR, POD, TAT.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Proficient in MS Excel, email handling, and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and customers simultaneously
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with transport management systems (TMS)
- Understanding of route planning and escalation handling
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
