Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling ocean freight, documentation, and transport coordination.
• Supervise daily logistics operations and ensure process efficiency.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customs agents, and transport providers.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and implement performance improvements.
• Train and guide team members to meet service and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight and logistics operations.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of freight documentation, customs, and port procedures.
• Proficient in logistics tools and MS Office.
