Logistics Operations Manager

Position Overview:

The Logistics & Operations Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling last-mile operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize fleet performance, manage drivers, improve unit economics, and prepare the company for rapid expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations
• Ensure on-time delivery, SLA compliance and operational SOPs of drivers and vehicles
• Monitor real-time performance and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Recruit, train, and manage driver as well as monitor productivity and attendance
• Work with routing and tracking systems to improve dispatch efficiency
• Support onboarding of new enterprise clients
• Plan operational scaling into new zones and cities while designing scalable team structure as fleet grows
• Oversee the company’s financial performance and manage P&L

Qualification & Experiences:

• 4–8 years of experience in last-mile logistics, fleet management, 3PL, or e-commerce delivery
• Experience managing operational teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience with routing systems and dispatch platforms
• Proficiency in Excel or BI tools
• Ability to build processes from the ground up
• Proficient in Arabic and English
