What You’ll Do:

• Manage delivery fleet operations across 8–10 dark stores.
• Supervise Fleet Managers and Delivery Associates.
• Plan rider manpower allocation based on order demand.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety standards.
• Track KPIs such as rider utilization, SLA adherence, and cost per order.
• Analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
• Support new store launches and operational expansion.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A hands-on approach—willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
• Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
