Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Logistics Manager who will be responsible for our warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

• Planning of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
• Tracking and realization of capacity targets
• Management and development of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams
• Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings
• Tracking and planning of production budget
• Tracking and realization of productivity targets
• Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible

Your Profile

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in related departments
• Min. 5 years of experience in the warehouse operations processes; preferably in e-commerce
• Experience to manage Return, Product Care and Customer Experience preferably in textile e-commerce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experienced in field force management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Customer and solution-oriented
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul-Kocaeli
