The Mission

As our Logistics & Fulfillment Lead, you are the heartbeat of our supply chain. You will manage the end-to-end movement of goods - from our Chinese manufacturing sources to our UK warehouses - ensuring that our global operations remain lean, fast, and cost-effective with a strict mandate for zero out-of-stock days.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Shipment Orchestration: Coordinate international sea and air freight; manage relationships with forwarders and Chinese vendors to ensure timely ordering, dispatch, and delivery to our UK hubs.
• Inventory Mastery (Linnworks): Maintain real-time stock integrity across warehouses and platform-specific fulfillment centers (FBA, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop) using Linnworks.
• Strategic Sales Synergy: Partner with the Sales department to project SKU-level velocity and ensure proactive reordering.
• Lead-Time Optimization: Aggressively monitor transit times and identify bottlenecks to improve delivery speed and reduce landed costs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% accuracy in shipping documentation, UK customs declarations, and international compliance labeling.

Required Skillset

• Proven Expertise: 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, E-commerce Logistics, and UK Import operations.
• Platform & Software Native: Deep hands-on experience with Linnworks and major D2C marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop).
• Vendor Diplomacy: Prior experience communicating via WeChat and negotiating effectively with Chinese manufacturers and vendors.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for tracking KPIs, shipment statuses, and sales forecasting.
• The "Zero-Error" Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail regarding SKU management and a high degree of urgency in resolving customs or carrier disputes.
