Logistics Executive

• Ensure timely logistics delivery

Make sure goods are delivered on time according to customer expectations and agreed deadlines.

• Coordinate internal logistics ops

Work with departments (sales, warehouse, accounts) to ensure smooth logistics execution and information flow.

• Monitor inbound/outbound flows

Keep track of incoming and outgoing shipments to avoid delays, errors, or bottlenecks.

• Liaise with clients & forwarders

Communicate with customers and freight forwarders to align on shipping plans and requirements.

• Track shipments & optimize routes

Monitor shipment movement and choose the best routes/schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Follow up on forwarder nomination

Ensure customers provide their preferred freight forwarder on time so shipments are not delayed.

• Issue freight purchase orders

Prepare and release purchase orders for freight services as per approved logistics plans.

• Source new freight partners

Identify and onboard new freight forwarders to improve cost efficiency and service quality.

• Maintain vendor relationships

Build strong, professional relationships with logistics partners to ensure reliability and better negotiation outcomes.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
