Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and oversee field workforce operations, ensuring attendance, discipline, and productivity while supporting efficient logistics operations and resolving day-to-day operational challenges in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance and ensure workforce adherence to schedules.
  • Handle absenteeism and lateness issues and take appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve operational workforce-related issues.
  • Monitor workforce performance and support productivity improvement.
  • Oversee accommodation and transportation arrangements and resolve related issues.
  • Conduct site and accommodation visits when required.
  • Follow up on onboarding of new workers and ensure operational readiness.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports (attendance, absenteeism, issues, productivity).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours based on operational needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or related operations (e.g., last-mile delivery, fleet, or manpower operations).
  • Proven experience in managing field workforce (not limited to office-based roles).
  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
  • Good command of English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred.
