Job Purpose:
To coordinate and oversee field workforce operations, ensuring attendance, discipline, and productivity while supporting efficient logistics operations and resolving day-to-day operational challenges in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:

Monitor daily attendance and ensure workforce adherence to schedules.

Handle absenteeism and lateness issues and take appropriate actions.

Coordinate with clients to resolve operational workforce-related issues.

Monitor workforce performance and support productivity improvement.

Oversee accommodation and transportation arrangements and resolve related issues.

Conduct site and accommodation visits when required.

Follow up on onboarding of new workers and ensure operational readiness.

Prepare and submit daily operational reports (attendance, absenteeism, issues, productivity).

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Adapt to flexible working hours based on operational needs.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or related operations (e.g., last-mile delivery, fleet, or manpower operations).

Proven experience in managing field workforce (not limited to office-based roles).

Diploma or higher in a relevant field.

Good command of English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred.
