Logistics Operations Supervisor

• Oversee overall logistics operations including labor camps, accommodation, transport, and site support services.
• Coordinate PPE, tool kits, materials movement, and general supply requirements across HR, Admin, and site departments.
• Manage transportation planning, vehicle utilization, drivers, and daily movement of staff and resources.
• Support multiple departments (HR, Admin, Procurement, and Projects) in operational and logistics requirements.
• Maintain records, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and support efficient day-to-day company operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in administration, camp management, or logistics coordination.
• Experience handling labor camps, transportation, PPE, and employee logistics.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and operational coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
