Stuller's dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders.


The Logistics Operations Technician provides technical and operational support to the sales and quality assurance teams by managing inventory transactions, housing, and product organization within Stuller’s logistics systems. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient workflow, and timely responses to internal requests through Salesforce and Oracle platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inventory transactions accurately within Oracle tracking systems
  • Perform miscellaneous transactions, including issues, receipts, and adjustments
  • Charge and credit departmental expense accounts as needed
  • Move and track products across sub-inventories, both physically and within systems
  • Create new inventory housing through Data Load and organize product storage for new releases
  • Respond to internal requests for measurements, photos, and other product details
  • Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure process accuracy and inventory integrity
  • Create and manage touchup and teardown jobs for non-sellable inventory
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and report findings to management
  • Maintain accurate documentation through Salesforce case management

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • Must be able to retrieve products and materials from various warehouse areas
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • May work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
