Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey.

Position Summary:
The Logistics Planner is responsible for efficiently managing the entire process from receiving sales orders to coordinating procurement and completing shipment operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, effective supplier relations, timely deliveries, and proper documentation throughout all logistics stages.
Main Duties:

Receive the detailed order lists for the products forwarded to logistics by the sales team and record them in the relevant ERP system.
- Check the stock status of the orders and enter the required quantities into the system using the available inventory.
- Create purchase orders for domestic suppliers for products that are not in stock and initiate the procurement process.
- Communicate with suppliers, follow up on delivery timelines, and manage potential disruptions.
- Complete system outbound operations for products ready for shipment and initiate the shipping process.
- Prepare and track all required shipment documents, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and evaluate them based on quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all order processes by monitoring all workflow stages.
- Conduct regular stock checks and prepare inventory reports.
- Document all logistics processes to ensure transparency and traceability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or order/inventory planning.
- Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
- Experience in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and shipment documentation.
- Previous experience with ERP or logistics tracking systems.
- Additional training or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are considered an asset.
- Good command of English.
