We are looking for Logistics Planning Specialist to work with our teams.

Qualifications;

• Graduated from Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities,

• At least 3 years of experience in demand/supply management, sales, supply or logistics planning processes,

• Competent in interpretation and decision making with intensive data analysis,

• High analytical thinking ability, detail-oriented and result-oriented,

• Ability to work comfortably in uncertain conditions and adapt to changing conditions,

• Excellent negotiations, communications and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented,

• Very good knowledge of MS office –especially Excel – software,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

• Preferably with automotive industry experience, specific logistics experience within route optimization for finished vehicle distribution is highly advantageous.

Main Responsibilities;

• Analyze and coordinate ongoing logistical functions for company.

• Preparing daily truck plans according to loading capacity and route optimization.

• Monitor and report on transportation costs and KPI’s.

• Collaborating across Logistics Service providors to prepare, monitor and drive distribution quality and service through our suppliers and dealer network while ensuring SLA’s are met.

• Taking actions to ensure that dealers remain in the optimum stock structure by closely monitoring the stocks.

• Inventory control of Hub vehicle stock and parts warehouse

• Carrying out short and medium term Hub capacity planning activities.

• Workforce capacity planning for hub operations.

• Production planning for accessory installation.
