Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of logistics and courier service providers across the United States. This role plays a critical part in building a cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable logistics ecosystem for cross-border e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong industry insights, proven procurement experience, and established relationships with major U.S. express and logistics carriers.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Sourcing & Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate logistics service providers across last-mile delivery, drayage, domestic and cross-border trucking, and other logistics categories.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company’s global logistics goals.

Carrier Negotiations & Partnerships

  • Lead rate negotiations with top U.S. logistics and courier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Shipping, OnTrac) to optimize contract terms and reduce international courier costs.
  • Establish long-term cooperative relationships with key U.S. express carriers and maintain ongoing performance reviews.

Logistics Optimization & Cost Management

  • Build and refine global logistics solutions designed for cross-border e-commerce operations.
  • Manage full-chain logistics cost, service quality, and vendor compliance to achieve continuous cost savings and service improvements.
  • Create and manage a reliable logistics partner pool, including performance evaluations and quarterly KPIs.

Cross-Border Logistics Innovation

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative logistics models supporting international shipping.
  • Recommend process improvements, operational enhancements, and new partnerships to support expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of cross-border e-commerce logistics and the U.S. courier/logistics market structure.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing logistics solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong U.S.-based logistics network and hands-on experience negotiating rates with major U.S. carriers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of last-mile delivery, drayage, trucking, and cross-border logistics operations.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency (a strong plus).

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
