Your Responsibilities
/ Leading logistics procurement and logistics network development department of BSH’s Emerging Markets Region responsible for Türkiye, ME, CIS, India, Africa & ASEAN.
/ Define the procurement strategy and execute the tenders in-line with the global procurement policy for all finished goods and material logistics services at local/regional/global scope (e.g. transportation, warehousing, handling, value added services, customs etc.) including supplier selection, supplier development and supplier risk assessment activities.
/ Define the supply chain network development (SCND) strategy and execute network development projects in order to optimize warehouse network, logistics cost and transit time of finished goods at local/regional scope.
/ Coordination of the planning topics with countries (e.g. warehouse space, logistics cost, IT budget, value added services, attachment in logistics, lean management etc.) at local/regional scope.
/ Coordination of the roll-out for D2C & E2E logistics capabilities and all logistics enablement projects at local/regional scope.
Your Profile
/ University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
/ 5+ years active leadership experience in operations management, preferably in supply chain environment.
/ High degree of competence of functional expertise at procurement and logistics processes, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
/ Intercultural and cross-functional experience with ability of working in an international matrix organization, excellent communicator and coaching skills with ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
/ Fluency in English both written and spoken.
