Logistics Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in logistics and shipping sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting

* Identify customer needs and educate clients about our shipping and logistics solutions

* Conduct market research and develop new customer accounts

* Qualify prospects based on business size, requirements, and suitability

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively

* Analyze customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions

* Track sales activities and maintain reports using Salesforce or CRM tools

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics or shipping sales

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Knowledge of current marketing and sales trends

* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Experience using Salesforce or CRM software is preferred

* Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes

* Leadership qualities and target-oriented mindset

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
