Telesales Representative - Land Tranportation

Cannata World Wide Cargo Services LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive - Land Transportation to support the expansion of our logistics and freight forwarding services across the GCC and Asia regions. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of land freight (cross-border and domestic transportation) and sea freight (FCL shipments), including operations within both mainland and free zone environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively engage potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to promote company services.
• Generate new business opportunities in GCC cross-border land transportation, domestic distribution, and FCL sea freight across GCC and Asia markets.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to achieve sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate service information, competitive quotations, and tailored logistics solutions.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales reports.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telesales or inside sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of GCC cross-border trucking, domestic freight,and FCL sea freight operations.
• Familiarity with mainland and free zone logistics regulations in the UAE and GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per hour
