Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and confident Inventory Acquisition Executive to join our growing Real Estate Team in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing property inventory, building relationships with property owners and investors, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting the company’s inventory growth for both sales and leasing.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Owner Relationship Management

  • Contact property owners, landlords, and investors to explore selling and leasing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
  • Source new property inventory for sale and rent across Dubai.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing contacts and property owners.
  • Maintain professional communication with owners and clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding new inventory opportunities.

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Update and maintain CRM with accurate owner and property information.
  • Ensure property records and owner details are organized and updated.
  • Assist with listing coordination and inventory tracking.
  • Support the admin and marketing teams with property information when required.

Market Coordination

  • Monitor market availability and inventory opportunities.
  • Assist in expanding the company’s property portfolio.
  • Coordinate internally regarding owner requirements and listing status.

Requirements Experience

  • Experience in customer service, telesales, administration, or real estate is preferred.
  • Dubai real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking over the phone and in person.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, Russian, Urdu, etc.).
