Logistics-Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the shipping and freight forwarding domain.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into successful business deals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
• In-depth understanding of import/export procedures, freight terms, and logistics operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
