Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full order process—from entry to delivery—while coordinating with vendors, freight partners, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely shipments. This position is essential to supporting our operations and delivering a high level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage sales and purchase orders in QuickBooks
  • Schedule shipments with freight companies and coordinate outbound/inbound activities with warehouse teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email with professionalism
  • Maintain and update records of sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and freight bookings
  • Track and monitor order progress, proactively addressing any issues or delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to verify order accuracy and execution
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient order-handling procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, including creating sales, purchase, release, and freight orders
  • Strong command of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 1–2 years of experience in order processing and customer service
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills; ability to manage a high volume of emails with precision
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
