One of our prestigious clients in the pharmaceutical industry (a very big name in the market) is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their team in Riyadh or Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inbound PPG & API shipments in coordination with global and local logistics teams.
• Oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with SFDA, MOC, and customs regulations.
• Handle documentation, import permits, and clearance requests with full compliance to country regulations.
• Ensure on-time payments of customs duties and broker fees, while monitoring broker KPIs to avoid delays or extra costs.
• Safeguard quality of shipments during transit, reporting any issues (temperature, damage, shortages) in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate digital and hardcopy records of all shipping documents for audit and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics (preferably within pharma or FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and logistics processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
