Job Opening: Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics

Pay Rate:
$33.96/hr
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 AM–5 PM)
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main scheduling contact for assigned treatment sites.

Create, manage, and monitor patient treatment schedules in coordination with treatment and manufacturing centers.

Troubleshoot issues throughout the patient journey and implement corrective actions.

Provide support via phone and email to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

Handle exception processes such as product returns, replacements, or out-of-spec products.

Maintain accurate transactional data within BMS scheduling systems.
-
Train treatment sites on patient scheduling tools and workflows.
-
Capture feedback from customers and partners.
-
Maintain master data in account management systems.
-
Participate in daily operations meetings, shift turnovers, and cross-functional meetings.

Provide real-time portal support to external users.

Lead meetings with commercial matrix teams as needed.

Track account health and provide insights into trends.
-
Raise and manage escalations as necessary.

Support project tasks and working group initiatives as assigned.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and organizational standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams and treatment centers.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree
OR
minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience in
customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, logistics, account management, or supply chain
preferred.
