Logistics Specialist

Job Description

• Organize transportation and customs clearance processes, ensuring that shipments are carried out in line with time and cost targets until the final delivery point, and monitor the entire process.
• Regularly track the documentation of import shipments from abroad and record the relevant data into the system.
• Carry out warehousing, stocking, and material control and coordination.
• Manage the delivery processes of imported or transit traded products to the end user.
• Coordinate delivery note and invoice processes with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• Proven experience in both domestic and international logistics.
• Proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Able to work in a customer-oriented and result-driven manner.
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in time management.
• Adaptable to teamwork and dynamic work environments.
