Logistics Specialist

Hiring for our ELV Distribution arm.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Obtaining Best & Final quotations Shipping Air Line.
• Prepare ACID Shipment Sea and Air.
• Releasing POs, pushing the logistical workflow until order fulfillment to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Pushing in payment facilities before and after order placement.
• Recording POs on SAP per project.
• SAP MM Vendors' accounting clearances.
• Weekly reporting of orders fulfillment status & cash outflow plan.
• Suppliers / Vendors Statements management.
• Dealing with the shipping agency till receive the shipping from EXW destination.
• Recording the Cargo X system for the shipment and awareness for all process.
• Handling all the shipments with the clearance agency.

Job Qualifications:

• 2 – 3 years of experience.
• Awareness of international trade concepts & different negotiation strategies.
• Comprehension of the different Supply Business processes & Cost accounting concepts.
• Ability to understand financial statements.
• Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems.
• Background of cross-cultural mindsets.
• Computer Skills are assets, Background of ERP systems workflow is an asset.
• Distributor field is preferable.
• Very good English language.
