Logistics Specialist

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operation processes, preferably having a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration,


  • Being able to communicate with container lines, hauliers, forwarders and agents with a very good level of English,


  • Especially proficient and active in MS Office programs,


  • Open to communication, compatible with teamwork, self-development, open to innovations,


  • Male candidates must have completed military service,


Job description:


  • Making and following up the logistics organization of the Sales and Purchases,


  • Based on the purchase decision, creating the necessary forms through the SAP program used and being responsible for the whole process until they arrive at the customer/warehouse after delivering them to the supplier,


  • To provide payment and transportation planning according to the purchasing conditions,


  • Creating customer order forms and following up the organized order until delivery,


  • To search for appropriate freight based on price and performance,


  • Coordinating with ports, terminals, customs, warehouses and forwarders,


  • Preparing and sending necessary documents related to orders,


  • Organizing the loading and following up by informing the customer from the exit to the customer/warehouse,


  • To ensure that the necessary files are archived in an orderly and meticulous manner as per the process.
