Responsibilities:
Expectations- Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Role(s) -
Supports the Logistics Team through maintaining logs, monitoring invoices and budgets. Investment Budget Management, assists to source, develop the suppliers to procure the means of material feeding and sequencing for production and leading the Supplier Packaging approval process
Responsibilities-

Process, record and process all outbound FEDEX shipments from other departments.

Maintain and upkeep a log on all expected open invoices.

Material location /map management per request.

Supplier package review and approval.

Support/manage projects related Logistics project.

Follow safety guidelines.

Annual Investment budget management.

Create purchase requisitions based on requests from other specialists.

Maintain and order MRO materials.

Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience: 0-5 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
Degree Field: Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Equivalent Experience/Education: 1+ years of supply chain management/logistics experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment
Communication Skills: Intermediate
Foreign Language Required: No. If yes, what language? N/A
Foreign Language Skill Level: N/A
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
Certified/Technical Skills
Additional/Other Requirements

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; Advanced Excel skills required
