Shift: Midnight to Morning (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 fixed weekend off)
Compensation: Up to ₹35,000/month
Expected Start Date:26/10/2025

About the Role:

Acutis Diagnostics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Success Coordinator to oversee key aspects of our driver fleet operations during the midnight to morning shift. This role requires someone who can handle a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate driver routes and assignments
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of medical samples
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams
• Handle urgent escalations in real time
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of all fleet activities

Required Qualifications:

• Native or pure U.S./U.K. accent with excellent verbal communication skills
• Prior experience working for a U.S.- or U.K.-based organization
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Comfortable working remotely with productivity monitoring tools
• Experience in logistics or fleet coordination is a plus but not mandatory
