Logistics
- Manage local and international logistics including imports, exports, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with HQ and prepare activity summaries for meetings and records.
- Oversee supply chain operations and resolve shipment/inventory issues.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, agents, and transport providers.
- Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and staff rotation planning.
- Maintain records of logistics, ticketing, and monthly reporting.
- Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operational matters.
HR matters
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with HQ and local teams for HR reporting and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Organize training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your reporting supervisor or management deems fit.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree, preferably in Project Management or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational company.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
