Job DescriptionsLogistics<ul><li>Manage local and international logistics including imports, exports, and customs clearance.</li><li>Coordinate with HQ and prepare activity summaries for meetings and records.</li><li>Oversee supply chain operations and resolve shipment/inventory issues.</li><li>Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, agents, and transport providers.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and staff rotation planning.</li><li>Maintain records of logistics, ticketing, and monthly reporting.</li><li>Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operational matters.</li></ul>HR matters<ul><li>Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.</li><li>Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.</li><li>Coordinate with HQ and local teams for HR reporting and compliance.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.</li><li>Organize training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR department</li><li>Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your reporting supervisor or management deems fit.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Project Management or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational company.</li><li>Strong command of English (written and spoken).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsWork Location: In person

Logistics & HR Executive
