Logistics Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise outward dispatches of finished goods as per client and production schedules.
• Manage inward receipt of packaging materials and verify quantities and specifications
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure material handling safety.
• Verify and check materials received/dispatched against challans and documentation.
• Coordinate with the QC team for inspection and clearance of incoming materials.
• Forward bills and related documents to the accounts team after verification.
• Maintain proper inventory and stock records in coordination with the stores and planning teams.
• Ensure all dispatches and receipts are timely, accurate, and properly documented.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-1.5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse supervision (preferably in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing).
• Strong sense of accuracy, calculation, and record-keeping
• Good coordination and follow-up ability.
• Familiar with basic documentation and billing processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
