Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Monitor stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper inventory documentation
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers/carriers to maintain seamless logistics processes
• Lead, train, and support warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and clear task allocation
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and resource utilization through continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee logistics and warehouse–related reporting, budgeting, and system transactions (ERP/WMS)
• Support assessment and implementation of new equipment, tools, or operational investments

Qualifications (General Expectations)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, or end-to-end supply chain
• Strong operational insight with the ability to track KPIs and drive process improvements
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems
• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
