Role Description

we're seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Team Lead to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth inbound shipments, efficient warehouse management, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain functions.

what we're looking for?

🎓 bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

📦 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 2+ years in a leadership or account management role.

⚖️ Strong understanding of logistics law, customs compliance, and trade regulations.

🏭 Experience in manufacturing environments—glass, ceramics, or heavy industry preferred.

💻 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, and Excel.
