Logistics Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate and oversee daily export logistics.

Track international shipments and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Communicate and follow up with agents, suppliers, shipping lines, and clearance offices.

Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and B/Ls.

Negotiate freight rates, book shipments, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and logistics operations.

Provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in report preparation.

Support the logistics team with tracking, problem resolution, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in international logistics coordination, preferably in an export environment.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and incoterms is a plus.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - On Site
Days Off:
Fridays and Saturdays are Off.
