The Supply Chain Planner plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support our fast-paced retail operations. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, planning inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability—including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, agile environment.
Responsibilities

Forecast demand by product category using historical data, trends, and market insights.

Create and manage inventory flow plans to meet operational and sales needs.

Calculate and monitor safety stock, target inventory levels, and reorder points.

Track and analyze supply performance, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational capabilities.

Lead and support process improvement initiatives across planning and category management.

Build effective communication channels with internal teams and external vendors.

Generate and distribute KPI reports and dashboards to drive performance visibility.

Support new product launches and ensure materials availability in alignment with timelines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis (preferably in retail, FMCG, or F&B)

Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, and/or Google Data Studio

Strong analytical and numerical skills
