We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Facilities Maintenance Technician I to support the daily maintenance and operation of our fast-paced logistics and warehouse facility. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in facilities and maintenance.

Shift: Day Shift – 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $21–$24 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems
  
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and facility issues
  
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety hazards
  
• Support preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns
  
• Complete routine tasks such as replacing filters, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains
  
• Maintain facility grounds, including exterior upkeep, landscaping, and snow removal as needed
  
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and infrastructure
  
• Document completed work, repairs, and inventory in the maintenance management system
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
  
• Support senior maintenance technicians on larger projects
