- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in teaching field.
- Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training programs and materials that cover relevant logistics topics, such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, supply chain optimization, and logistics technology.
- Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars for skill development. You would deliver the content, facilitate discussions, and engage trainees in hands-on exercises or simulations to reinforce learning.
- Assessing the training needs of individuals or organizations to identify knowledge gaps and determine the appropriate training interventions.
- Implementing evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs. This may include conducting assessments, collecting feedback, and measuring performance improvements to ensure the training is meeting its objectives.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the logistics field. Sharing this information with trainees to ensure they have current knowledge and skills.
- Maintaining records of training activities, attendance, and participant performance. Generating reports to track progress and provide feedback to management or HR.
- Identifying areas for improvement in training programs and materials. Updating content and delivery methods to align with evolving industry practices and learner needs.
- Collaborating with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to enhance the training experience and address specific organizational requirements.
