Job Summary
The Logistics Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training in logistics and supply chain management, equipping students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills aligned with industry standards. The trainer will support academic planning, student development, and placement readiness while maintaining institutional quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in projects, case studies, record submissions, viva, and exhibitions.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support and mentoring.
- Stay updated with current logistics and supply chain industry trends.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and industry interaction sessions.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and career opportunities.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to academy policies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching/training in logistics or supply chain management, or relevant industry experience in logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, and supply chain concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 per week
