Job Title: Logistics Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Logistics Trainer to deliver training programs in logistics, supply chain management, and operations. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry practices, operational processes, and real-world logistics management skills through practical and theoretical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on logistics and supply chain management concepts.
  • Teach inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
  • Provide practical training on logistics planning, operations, and coordination.
  • Develop training materials, case studies, and assessments.
  • Guide learners on industry tools and best practices.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated with current logistics trends, technologies, and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of procurement, distribution, and inventory control.
  • Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or training (preferred).
