Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and engaged Logistics Transportation Specialist to join our team! For our academic programs throughout the summer, new students arrive every week and our programs go on field trips throughout the weeks. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for lining up transportation and making sure our students are welcomed to Boston with a positive experience!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation for students, including field trips and airport arrivals/departures
• Develop and manage transportation schedules and logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related needs
• Conduct airport transfers on Sundays as needed
• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient student movement

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Previous administrative, operations, or program experience preferred
• Must be reliable and responsive

Schedule

40 hours/week, would work on Sunday and get to choose a day off during the week Monday-Friday.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
